2015 Bucket List

Who set New Years resolutions this year? I did, I do every year but this year I've actually been sticking to them. If you're interested in reading them then head over to my first blogpost because I wrote all about them.

You're probably wondering why I'm writing about resolutions in February and the reason why is because this is one of my resolutions I set:

Basically, I'm a really shy person. I have sooo many thoughts in my head but when it comes to talking to people that I don't know I just can't get them out of my mouth. I find a lot of social situations awkward and I know I'm not the only person that gets like this. I really want to stop being less shy this year so I've created a "2015 Bucket List".

It's not a normal bucket list of things like sleeping under the stars although I plan to do that a lot in the summer. Along with lots of trips to the beach. So anyway, my bucket list consists of loads of little things for me to do independently to boost my confidence. If you're a bit like me then I think this is such a good idea to do and it's like setting yourself short term goals.

I'm also going to write about each thing and put it into a jar for me to read at the end of the year.

Bye xo

Life Update

I started this blog because I love writing. To me, writing is art. It amazes me how you can paint a picture for someone through writing. I wish I lived in an era where people sent people hand written letters, how magical would that be? There's nothing better than signing a letter off and posting it then receiving a letter in return. I'm going off track but what I'm trying to say is that writing is a huge passion of mine which is why I started this blog but, I've kind of lost all my enthusiasm because I'm not writing about things that I want to be writing about. At the moment I'm doing reviews on make up and things like that which I do really enjoy but the thing I love the most is just writing. I like writing about things that I'm really passionate about. I like writing letters. I like writing about my day. I like writing about my future and my dreams. I like writing my feelings down because sometimes it's all that helps.

You're probably wondering why I'm writing all of this? Well, I'm writing this to tell you that from now on I'm going to be writing mostly about lifestyle and fashion (I'm a lot more interested in fashion than makeup). I want this blog to be my little world of everything I enjoy. I want it to be a place where I can communicate with people from all over the world. It'll probably consist of a lot of posts that are full of blabbering so sorry in advance.

Anyway, I think an update is in order?

Well, today marks my sixteenth birthday. In all honesty I'd prefer to just not celebrate my birthdays because they give me this weird sicky feeling that I don't like. I don't know, I guess the idea of growing older is something that terrifies me. It hasn't really felt like my birthday today and I think it might be because I had my present (going to Dublin - I did a blogpost on it) a few weeks ago with my mom, I loved it so much there and I wish I could go back. I think from now on though, I'll definitely hold out until my birthday to celebrate.

Ooh, this time last week I was probably just leaving all time lows and you me at six' concert. It was AMAZING. Their support act was "Walk the moon", I've never heard of them before but now I'm going through a huge obsession with them and their music because it's so good. The lead singer (Nick) really got the crowd going and he was soooo good at dancing.

After them ATL came on and they were so good, they sang their new single and a mixture of songs from all of their albums. Last but not least was YMAS and they absolutely beated my expectations. If you're into that type of music then I highly recommend you go to one of their concerts because it'll be a night that you remember for the rest of your life.

Anyway, that's all I have to say for now.

Byeeee.

ASOS outfit inspiration

Helloooo,

One of my favourite things to do is look at clothes online, I could probably do it for hours if I put my mind to it. Every time I look I always see items of clothing that I could imagine in an outfit together so I decided to to an asos inspired outfit post. I don't really know where I was going with this outfit but I think it would look nice for a meal.

Bralets are really in this season so I just had to include one.

Thank you for reading. What's your favourite site for outfit inspiration?

L'OREAL micellar water | Review

Helloooo,

Today I'm doing a review on a product that you've probably all heard about. I read review after review on it and eventually gave into the urge and bought it. What do you think it is?

It's the Micellar Water by L'OREAL Paris. As you can see I haven't used it that much but I've used it enough to love it and review it.

For starters, this is so affordable, I think I paid either three of four pound for it from Sainsburys in the make up section. You can also get it from boots and superdrug, which are pretty obvious places.

I like apply some of the product onto a cotton pad and then wipe it across my face to remove my makeup. For my eyes I like to just hold the cotton pad on my eye lid and let it dissolve my eye makeup which is normally mascara and eyeliner. I never have to scrub my face with this, it's so gentle and quick to use. Also, it's such a good alternative to remove your makeup if you don't have a skincare routine and just use wipes. It's good for them lazy nights as well, when you just can't be bothered to cleanse and moisturize and all of that sometimes time consuming stuff.

I hope you enjoyed this review and I'll be back on Thursday with another post.

Monthly goals | February

Helloooo,

So, I have this idea of the first post of every month being "monthly goals". I want to choose three goals for every month and see if I can do them. In March I'll see if I've completed my goals and I'll set myself another three. Ooooh, happy February by the way. I hope you have an amazing month.

01. I want to complete all of my English coursework this month. English is the thing that I want to do well in and I have a lot of coursework for other subjects so finishing English will lift a huge weight off of my shoulders.

02. I really want to start doing yoga at least twice a week because it's meant to be really good for you.

03. I feel like I've been a bit of a pushover lately and it really annoys me and makes me angry at myself so this month I'm going to stand up for myself more if I need to.

Sorry that it's such a short post.

Love from,
Chloe xo
